We arrived early and dressed her in her swimsuit. She looked so adorable!
The pool was a nice indoor heated pool, about 4 feet deep. There were only 4 other kids in the class with us. Alana was not scared of the water at all. I didn't think we would be able to dunk her under water, but she was not afraid of that either! She did good at everything. She loved being on her stomach the most, kicking and splashing the water. She didn't mind being dunked underwater and eventually learned to close her mouth and eyes when we did it. The only thing she complained about was laying on her back and doing back floats. I don't think she liked the feeling of water in her ear. It was a great time, and I can't wait until summertime!
